By accessing or using the Buysell app or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Demmarer Techsolutions Private Limited ("Demmarer", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in India.

2. The Service

Buysell is an online marketplace that allows users in Kerala, India, to post listings to buy and sell items such as cars, property, electronics, and more. Demmarer provides the platform only and is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not verify listings and are not responsible for the accuracy of any listing or the conduct of any user.

3. User accounts

To post a listing you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User conduct

You agree not to post misleading, illegal, infringing, or fraudulent content, and not to harass other users. We may remove any listing and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, without notice.

5. Transactions

Any purchase or sale arranged through Buysell is a direct agreement between buyer and seller. Demmarer is not responsible for payment, delivery, quality, or disputes. Always meet in safe public places and inspect items before paying.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software in the Service are owned by Demmarer Techsolutions Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demmarer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any transaction made through it.

8. Changes to these Terms

Demmarer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
